These websites gave a bunch of very useful information about web design! They go into why it matters, how to be simple and straightforward, how to arrange fields, how to use error messages in a positive way and so much more! I think that I was really interested in why web design is important and why it matters! Great web design impacts the user experience which in turn helps your website views as well as conversions. One thing that absolutely blew my mind is that Expedia learned they were losing $12 million a year in profits because of one extraneous form field box alone! Who knew that it could have such a huge impact?!
